Holiday Soba



One of our favorite holiday meals at the cabin is soba noodles and salmon, which was passed down to me by my friend the Taiko Drumming Diva when we were at Storm Bay one summer. Peter went into Comox and bought some lovely Spring Salmon and I chopped up some garlic an green onion and mixed with some Soba noodle sauce I bought at T and T. Pour this over the salmon and cooked noodles and the ideal is to eat it in bowls. I think it's supposed to be served cold, but I like mine served warm.
