We celebrated my inlaws' anniversary this weekend and I was asked to bring dessert so I made zucchini cakes with crunchy lemon glaze. My FIL asked me which dessert wine he should serve. "I've got three chilling in the fridge." I described the dessert and he said "Barsac!" without hesitation. It was a good match all around.I've been trying to get out in the garden every day now. Something is eating my peas which makes me very sad. Time for cloches methinks.
